Your child's safety should be the last thing you should have to worry about
when he or she is at school.  But with bullying becoming more prevalent in
island campuses, parents whose kids are being victimized are demanding more
action from the agency charged with their care.

+ Sailor held for stabbing woman & fleeing
A sailor is being held on $250,000 cash bail, accused of trying to kill a
woman he knows.  Bernard Alan Jennings is accused of stabbing the woman in
the neck and then fleeing the scene.
