+ Family sues airline for wrongful death of man
One local family has taken their lawsuit against a major airline to the District Court. The family is seeking at least $1 million for claims of wrongful death. A complaint and demand for jury trial was filed by the estate of Amado Masmila Balisalisa through his surviving children in the federal court this past June.
